Dear Parents & Guardians,
One confirmed case of Covid-19 in St. Bernadette’s S.N.S. has been notified to the HSE.
A public health risk assessment has been completed by HSE Contact Tracers and the very small number of close contacts have been contacted and advised.
Pupils not contacted do not need a test for Covid-19 and can continue to attend school.
We strongly advise, if you think your child is unwell, to keep them at home.
If your child has had a lot of contacts this weekend, please observe them and keep your child at home if not feeling well.
You may be aware that the HSE is under severe pressure due to the cyber attack.
HSE have now made all testing available without a GP referral.
So if you have concerns about Covid-19, avail of a free test in any walk-in test centre.
We are working hard to keep our school safe and open.
Wishing everyone well.
