This week, Mrs. O’ Riordan’s class walked to SuperValu to buy ingredients for French Toast. The boys did really well finding everything on the shopping list, then scanning & bagging their items. On Friday, we made our delicious toast, and it was a big hit, especially with the maple syrup!

In September we got a wonderful new classroom resource called a Tuff Tray. We’ve used it for maths, literacy, art, sensory play and more. Everyone loves it and we can’t wait to see what new activities Mrs O’Riordan, Róisín & Jenny create.

Theme of the month for November in Mrs O’Riordan’s class is transport. We took a trip into town on the Luas which was very exciting! We visits The Spire, The Portal & The GPO before returning to school. It was a great day out with lots of fun and lots of learning!

As part of Anti-Bullying Week 2025 the school's "Kindness Committee" introduced the new 'Purple Cards'. The students could earn a purple card by showing exceptional kindness to others. This initiative is part of our 'Bí Cinealta' plan to encourage kindness and reduce bullying.

#scienceweek2025 was great fun for Ms. Foster's 3rd Class experiment - turning solid to liquid to solid again.
