Thanks to everyone who supported our Bowlathon which basically involved the children having a great day out while raising money for their own Sports Day.

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19 restrictions there was no Bowlathon this year.

This year, the Bowl-a-thon took place on May 2nd, in the Superdome, Palmerstown. The day was a massive success and children had great fun competing against each other to be the best bowler. Congratulations to all those who took part and helped raise money for it and this year’s school’s sports day. €3,100 was raised; thank you all for your wonderful support. Also, a big thank you to Alan from Dublin Bus for organising the transport on the day.

This year’s bowl-a-thon will be taking place in the Superdome in Palmerstown on 2nd May 2018. This is always a brilliant event and the children really look forward to it and enjoy it greatly. Following the Easter break the children will be very busy raising money. All the money collected will go towards the costs of our sports day in June. The children who show great teamwork during the bowling will be given a prize to highlight their exceptional behaviour. A big thank you to Alan Silver of Dublin Bus as he will be ferrying the children to and from the Superdome on the day. We cannot wait for the big day out.
