A Celebration of Pupils who were awarded Pupil of the Week Certificates & Green Cards for Exceptional Behaviour. Pupils who celebrated a birthday in February received huge applause !

On Tuesday we celebrated the 2nd launch of our purple cards with the reopening of the Kindness Cafe. A sweet treat and time out for all those who got a purple card for showing great kindness throughout February - Ms Parnell & Ms McHugh.

The 5th and 6th class students had a great day out in Saint Patrick's N.S in Diswelltown taking place in a Féile Fichille chess competition. The kids played 6 rounds of chess against other students from nearby schools. Thanks to those who organised it, and well done to all the students who took part!

Mrs O’Riordan’s class enjoyed a trip to Bray yesterday. We visited the aquarium where we saw lots of interesting sea creatures, and we even got to feel a real lobster! Prizes were given to students today who have: * 100% attendance to-date, * near perfect attendance to-date * to students with the most improved attendance in each class. Well done everyone.  

Ms. Burke's groups had great fun participating in the Creative Schools Webinar; "Your Body is an Instrument". The children had great fun working collaboratively on their rhythm.

Ms. Parnell's group joined in the Creative Schools Webinar, "Mandalas from Nature" on Tuesday. The children worked together, starting at the centre and worked out to create some impressive designs.
