Sugar Craft course ……..last day of the course in the Parents Room in the prefabs was this morning.
This week presented an even more ambitious, complicated challenge – the task was to create a “Cupcake Decorations” – the creations produced were very impressive indeed!
The course is organised by Gillian Lynch – our shared HSCL teacher.
It is run in conjunction with Dublin and Dún Laoghaire ETB – Dublin and Dun Laoghaire Education and Training Board.
A special thanks to our teacher throughout the course – was Deirdre Cruite – she was absolutely brilliant!
